GoldRush -- Scab-resistant. Matures in late October. Needs aggressive thinning. A dense apple with good sweet-tart flavor which improves in storage. Good for fresh and hard cider. Easily managed, low vigor tree. Recommended for trial in warmer growing areas of New England, Northeast, and Mid-west.
