Jubilee Fuji -- An early maturing Fuji strain -- ripens two to three weeks earlier. Otherwise, appears to have the good eating and storage qualities of Fuji. C&O Nursery is promoting Jubilee Fuji in their 2002 catalog. Jubilee might be a good choice where an early Fuji is desirable, or in short-season growing regions where it might be possilbe to ripen this one before a hard freeze.
