1.) You must create a New (empty) Record before entering data. Don't simply click on an existing record because that will cause it to be edited -- which is fine if you want to edit an existing (for example your previously created) record.
2.) Don't forget to Submit (click the Submit button) your record when finished entering data. You have 30 minutes from the time you start editing the record to the time you hit the Submit button. If you don't do it in 30 minutes, the data you entered will be lost. If you need more than 30 minutes, hit the Submit button, then go back and edit the submitted record by clickin anywhere in it.
3.) Remember, you don't have to collect all the data, but do as much as you can.
